Extremely near MRT. Nice stay.
Located next to MRT Huai Kwang Exit 4, just 20 steps from hotel doorfront. Convenience store 200 m away across the intersection. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Helpful staffs and polite. The room condition was good, everything perfectly functioned. Hot water system is okay.
It was not so soundproof. You can still hear some loud talking of the people outside sometimes. But that's all.

Value for money, Perfect Location.
It my 2nd time in the hotel 1) Hotel is easily accessible 2) The room were generally clean 3) Shampoo and Soap were available 4) Vicinity of the location is good. 5) I get to listen to live band music which I enjoy since the restaurant is right below.
1) Information between staff should be clearer. Was told that that for late check out was free for the first hour and a charge on subsequent hours. However, during check out, the staff charge for all the hours and when we told the staff, it seem the staff is surprise. The other staff beside was calmer but seem to be confuse as well. Anyway, they amend the fee accordingly.

Value for money, would stay again for a short trip.
Great location , just right in front of Huai Khwang MRT station exit 4. A few convenience shops and restaurants around the area, easy to get a cab also. Basic room, value for money - you get what you pay for; not wow but worth it location wise.
Wifi speed could have been better. Little bit noisy if your room is on the side of the road part.
